Audi Malaysia Launches #AudiOnTheMove Aftersales Campaign
PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) has launched the #AudiOnTheMove aftersales campaign to ensure that Audi owners have a worry-free holiday driving experience. The #AudiOnTheMove campaign promotes two programmes, those being the Audi Repair Package for vehicles six years and older, and the Audi Plus package for vehicles five years and younger.
The Audi Repair Package now includes a 30% discount on a variety of parts such as brakes, absorbers and bearing sets and timing belts. Audi Plus, on the other hand, offers customers 10% off the next three service maintenance packages. This offer is valid for three years from the time you sign up.
Customers will also receive nationwide roadside assistance from Audi for up to 12 months from the date of voucher redemption. Furthermore, from April 1 to June 30, Audi owners who spend RM800 on any of the above packages will be entered to win exclusive Audi merchandise. In conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya celebrations, Audi Malaysia is providing owners with a complimentary vehicle inspection, and if any repair work is required, owners can be assured that only genuine parts will be used.
The campaign is also open to any Audi vehicle purchased through parallel importation, which must first go through an Audi Condition Check (ACC) to ensure its serviceability. PHSAM managing director Erik Winter stated that the company hoped to encourage owners of Audi vehicles 5 years and older to prioritise vehicle maintenance through the #AudiOnTheMove campaign.

“Through the #AudiOnTheMove campaign, we hope to encourage owners with vehicles that are 5 years and older to prioritise maintenance of their vehicles. We understand that having your car serviced can be costly and time consuming, so we want to make it easier for our customers, especially during the upcoming festive celebration”, Erik said. For more information on the #AudiOnTheMove campaign, please visit www.audi.com.my or contact an Audi Centre to book an appointment.
