The P300e plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variant gets a new 14.9-kWh battery pack, where JLR claims it can do up to 63 KM of EV range, but real-world range only goes as far as 50 KM. More importantly, this battery is now rechargeable via a DC fast charging at up to 50 kW rate, capable of fully-charging them in just 30 minutes, while the slower AC 7 kW rate takes about 2 hours to recharge.
