BMW Reimagines Electromobility with ‘Forwardism, by BMW’ Showcase
BMW Group Malaysia invites fellow Malaysians to reimagine the future of electromobility, in a series of experimental events. Touted as ‘Forwardism, by BMW’, this experimental event is where luxury meets cutting-edge innovation alongside an electrifying roadshow that is meant to redefine the future of electromobility in Malaysia.

Attendees to this event will stand a chance to witness BMW Group Malaysia’s latest testament to Forwardism, which is represented in the marque’s latest all-electric flagship, the all-new BMW i7 luxury electric saloon. As a forefront to the whole Forwardism idea, the new i7 blends innovation, visionary design, and sustainability seamlessly into the fabric of luxury and performance.
The ‘Forwardism, by BMW’ experimental showcase will take place from Sept 23 to 24, 2023, happening at the open parking lot beside the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. Those who are interested to explore and learn more about the future of electromobility with BMW, they can register themselves at BMW Malaysia’s Forwardism official website.
Aside from this grand experimental event, BMW Group Malaysia is also bringing its ‘Forwardism’ idea to several other locations in Malaysia through a series of pop-up roadshows. Cordially named ‘Forwadism, Pop-Up by BMW’, this series of events allows Malaysians and fellow visitors to experience the future of BMW’s electromobility first-hand.
Visitors will stand a chance to test drive BMW i all-electric models!
For starters, visitors to any of these pop-up events can test-drive several latest BMW i all-electric models, which is also the most expansive luxury electric vehicle portfolio available in the Malaysian market. The BMW i line-up includes models like the BMW iX1, BMW iX3, BMW i4, BMW iX as well as the highly-celebrated archetype of Forwardism itself, the BMW i7.
Furthermore, visitors to the event who are keen to bring home any one of the BMW i all-electric models will be offered with instant cash rebates of up to RM15,000, courtesy of BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia. As an added bonus, complimentary charging vouchers of up to RM800 will be offered with selected BMW i models, courtesy of charging partner JomCharge.
The ‘Forwardism, Pop-Up by BMW’ showcase will take place in several locations throughout Malaysia, staritng with AEON Bandaraya, Melaka from Sept 14-17, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Selangor from Sept 21-24, AEON Kinta City, Ipoh from Oct 12-15, as well as in Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru from Nov 1-5. Meanwhile, the penultimate roadshow will take place from Nov 8-12 at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
