Furthermore, he would encourage other developers to follow WB Land's lead in providing Electric Vehicle Charging Bays during the development phase, and for the private sector to contact the Seremban City Council with other ideas that can help Seremban become a Smart and Low Carbon City by 2027.

Meanwhile, Mr Eric cited ChargeSini goal to establish 1000 charging point by 2024, with 314 already deployed across 107 stations nationwide and 100 more still in progress. He further added that regulatory challenges posed by PBT especially with regards to licensing, charging infrastructure and parking facility allocation are constantly evolving making its implementation longer than expected. However with the Public-Private Partnership concept such as the one with WB Land and Seremban City Council, these challenges can be navigated swiftly leading to faster growth of EV charging infrastructure.
Additionally, he said that ChargeSini's primary goal would still be to make a solid presence at a variety of establishments, including high-rise residential buildings, restaurants, retail centres/malls, hotels, and tourist attractions.
