Continental Tires, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia's Preferred Tyre Supplier
Continental Tires has achieved a significant milestone by being granted the status of a Mercedes-Benz AG Preferred Partner in Malaysia, a distinction that will remain in effect from September 2023 to August 2025. This recognition entails exclusive benefits for Continental, including access to centralised order and sales tools that connect with Mercedes-Benz AG's network, as well as a direct online platform for order fulfilment.
Additionally, this agreement includes joint promotions and customer events aimed at enhancing the in-store shopping experience for Mercedes-Benz car owners. This esteemed recognition highlights Continental's constant dedication to prioritising its customers and exceeding industry standards through customer-centric solutions and operational excellence.
Dalibor Kalina, Head of Business Area Replacement Tires APAC, emphasised, "Our customers' aspirations drive our actions." He added, "Being designated as the preferred partner by a renowned luxury car manufacturer validates our remarkable technological capabilities and our dedication to assisting our customers in achieving their business objectives."
Continental is strategically positioned to strengthen relationships with each of its clients and to supply products and services that are completely in line with the needs of tyre solutions after the sale. With an unrelenting dedication to safety, Continental offers Mercedes Original (MO) product lines that are specially customised to satisfy the exacting requirements and the highest standards imposed by each vehicle type.
Currently, Continental tyres like the SportContact 6, EcoContact 6, EcoContact 6Q, PremiumContact 6, and SportContact 7 are installed on all Mercedes-Benz models.
In order to support this cooperation, the high-end German tyre manufacturer is committed to cooperating closely with Mercedes-Benz AG's retail channels to meet aftermarket demand and provide the required tyre replacements over the course of these cars' lives.
