JKR Cameron Highlands. The local Public Works Department has announced the temporary closure of the key access road C156 on Jalan Boh, which connects Habu to the Boh Tea Estate. The closure, caused by a landslide, will last from January 19, 2024, to February 2, 2024, effectively closing off a popular tourist destination and disrupting local traffic flow.

Unfortunately, there’s no alternative routes available. For those planning to visit the iconic Boh Tea Estate during this time are advised to cancel. In addition, road users are encouraged to follow the road signs and instructions provided on-site to avoid any untoward incidents. The closure is more than just a precautionary measure; it is a necessary step toward extensive repairs. The Public Works Department has not ruled out the possibility of extending the closure beyond the original end date of February 2, depending on the status of the repairs. 420651938_832241082274900_7210001926459605083_n.jpg
