Lotus Opens First Flagship Store At Pavilion Damansara Heights
Lotus Cars Malaysia has opened its first flagship Lotus Store, located at the Pavilion Damansara Heights.
Lotus Cars Malaysia is celebrating a momentous occasion today as the company opens its first-ever flagship Lotus Store in Malaysia. Located at the swanky Pavilion Damansara Heights shopping mall, this flagship store opens its doors 10 months after the launch of its first EV model, the Lotus Eletre hyper-SUV.
Both the Eletre hyper-SUV and the Emira sportscar are presented at the Lotus Store for visitors to feast their eyes at.
Measuring 173.58 square metres, the first Lotus Store in Kuala Lumpur is designed meticulously to reflect the all-new international corporate identity of Lotus. Here, customers can experience two of the brand’s latest arrivals in Malaysia – the Eletre EV and the Emira sportscar.
The new Lotus Store also houses Malaysia's first Lotus configurator, offering customers with tons of bespoke options for their Lotus vehicles.
On top of the vehicle display, another key highlight of Lotus Cars Malaysia's first flagship store is the Lotus configurator section, where prospective Lotus owners can customise every aspect of their Lotus cars. The selection offered here ranges from the exterior parts like trim, colourway, wheel and brake options, as well as for the interior part, which covers things like the cabin colour theme, upholstery materials, trim options, and many more.
Also available here are several driving-related equipment options like the Lotus Dynamic handling package, the all-wheel steering option, as well as driving aid features such as the parking pack and highway assist pack.
As per any high-end automotive showroom, the Lotus Store at Pavilion Damansara Heights also houses a dedicated wing for exclusive Lotus merchandise and lifestyle products, plus a well-put-out lounge for customers to indulge in some feastables.
Besides its first flagship Lotus Store, Lotus Cars Malaysia is also poised to open the doors for its first-ever flagship showroom later in Q2 this year, located at Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The brand also intends to further extend its outlet network in the Northern and Southern regions and implement a Lotus Mobile Service Solution for even greater customer convenience.
Lotus Cars Malaysia General Manager Jack Zaal
“The new era for Lotus Cars Malaysia began in 2018 with the establishment of a full-fledged after-sales service outlet in Shah Alam, but as you can see with the time taken to open the new Lotus Store, our growth and brand presence have been a gradual but methodical approach. Here, the process of reintroducing the brand not only involved reassuring existing Lotus customers that we are here to care for their needs, but it was also paramount to have them and new potential customers accept, understand, and embrace the new Lotus philosophy and global direction to build premium and top-tier vehicles without having to compromise on the Lotus ideals, namely the pure enjoyment of driving,” said Lotus Cars Malaysia General Manager Jack Zaal.
Open daily from 10 am to 10 pm, the Lotus Store is located on the 1st floor at Lot 1.47.02 of the Pavilion Damansara Heights mall. For more information regarding Lotus Cars Malaysia and its products, you can visit their official website by clicking these blue words.
