Launched: BMW X3 Final Edition – 2 Variants, RM311,800 & RM357,800

BMW Group Malaysia is bidding farewell to the third-gen (G01) BMW X3 with the newly announced Final Edition variants pictured, which are available in sDrive20i and xDrive30e trims.
BMW Group Malaysia is bidding farewell to the third-generation (G01) BMW X3 luxury SUV. Earlier today, the firm announced new Final Edition variants for which, and these stand as a follow up from a similar effort done prior with its all-electric iX3 (G08) twin.
The BMW X3 Final Edition is available in both X3 sDrive20i and electrified X3 xDrive30e plug-in hybrid (PHEV) forms. Both retain the same powertrains as seen in their respective base variants too.
As a refresher, the X3 sDrive20i packs a 2.0-litre 4-cyl turbo petrol mill rated at 184 PS and 300 NM that drives the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic. The X3 xDrive30e, on the other hand, sees its 2.0-litre 4-cyl turbo petrol mill augmented by an e-motor to output 292 PS and 420 NM instead.

Both variants gain the M Sport package plus distinct 20-inch M double-spoke style 787 M light alloy wheels.
Both share the same aesthetic enhancements that denote their status as final-run specials. Key to which is the adoption of the M Sport package and 20-inch double-spoke style 787 M light alloy wheels. However, only the electrified X3 xDrive30e-based Final Edition sports additional exclusive red-painted M Sport brake calipers.
Whilst on aesthetics still, what sets both apart too are their exclusive interiors. Starting with the X3 sDrive20i, it sports “Vernasca” leather in Mocha or Black with Décor stitching motif. The higher-trimmed and electrified X3 xDrive30e instead gets “Vernasca” leather in Mocha with Décor stitching or Black with Blue stitching choices instead.
As for kit and features, both Final Edition variants of the X3 see a slight enhancement. Added to the existing Active Driver Assistance (ADAS) package is an Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Stop-Go function. Present in both now too is a wireless charging pad.

However, only the higher-end X3 xDrive30e PHEV guise gains exclusive red-painted M brake calipers, heads-up display (HUD), and the BMW Parking Assistant Plus suite.
Added exclusively to the X3 xDrive30e Final Edition variant is a novel heads-up display (HUD) module, as well as the BMW Parking Assistant Plus suite that adds a 360-degree surround view camera function.
Available in Carbon Black, Alpine White, and M Brooklyn Grey paintjob options, the X3 Final Edition is priced at RM311,800 (sDrive20i) and RM367,800 (xDrive30e).
Mind you, said figures exclude the additional BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BS & RI) package, which costs RM26,700. Those opting in for this add-on will benefit with a 5-year extended warranty and service package.
The BMW X3 Final Edition will be available across all authorised BMW dealerships starting today. Additionally, it will also be one of several headliners at the Auto Bavaria AutoFest 2024 event happening at the Sungai Besi Airbase from today until June 9 (Sunday).
