2024 Toyota Hilux & Fortuner Now Open for Booking – RM104K & RM195K

Order books for the 2024 Toyota Hilux & Fortuner have been opened, priced from RM104,880 & RM195,880, respectively.
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) has opened the order books for the updated 2024 Toyota Hilux and Fortuner. For the 2024 model year (2024MY) update, Toyota’s 4x4 duo has gained some significant enhancements and upgrades.

Starting with the Hilux, this beloved pick-up truck sees the addition of Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) in the baseline Hilux 2.4 Single Cab variant, significantly improving handling performance. On top of that, the Remote Start Engine function has also been added to selected variants of the double-cab Hilux, allowing drivers to start up and precondition their pick-up trucks via the Toyota My app.

Special for the Hilux 2.4V, Hilux 2.8 Rogue, and Hilux 2.8 GR Sport is the addition of the Panoramic View Monitor, with the latter two now coming standard with a wireless charging pad. Alternatively, the wireless charger is also offered as an optional upgrade for all other variants of the 2024 Hilux.
Powertrain specs remain unchanged for the 2024MY Hilux, as it continues to be powered by the tried and tested 2.4-litre 4-cyl turbodiesel mill rated at 150 PS and 400 NM. Meanwhile, the two top-spec models get a peppier 2.8-litre 4-cyl turbodiesel unit rated at 204 PS and 500 Nm for the Hilux 2.8 Rogue and 224 PS and 550 Nm for the Hilux 2.8 GR Sport.

The 2024 Toyota Fortuner now comes exclusively with an optional GR bodykit.
Moving on to the Hilux’s SUV twin, the 2024MY Fortuner is now offered for the first time with a GR bodykit. Comprising a front bumper skirt, front fog lamp garnishes, and a rear bumper skirt, this sporty kit can be obtained as an option for the Fortuner 2.7 SRZ and Fortuner 2.4 variants.
And just like its pick-up truck twin, the Remote Engine Start function will also be made available on the Fortuner 2.8 VRZ and Fortuner 2.7 SRZ.

Similarly, the 2024MY Fortuner is offered with the same powertrain options as prior, with the Fortuner 2.7 SRZ powered by a 2.7-litre 4-cyl petrol engine delivering 166 PS and 245 NM, while the Fortuner 2.8 VRZ features a 2.8-litre 4-cyl turbodiesel engine with 204 PS and 500 NM. Meanwhile, the baseline Fortuner 2.4 variant uses the same 2.4-litre 4-cyl turbodiesel mill rated at 150 PS and 400 NM found on the Hilux.
Now available for booking, here is the price list for the new 2024 Toyota Hilux and Fortuner:
