New Toyota 3S Centre Opens In Kota Samarahan, Sarawak

UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) saw its East Malaysia network grow with the addition of a newly opened Toyota 3S Centre in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) sees its local network grow slightly this week, specifically in the East Malaysia region. Added to said network now is the newly opened Toyota 3S centre in Sarawak state’s Kota Samarahan district.
Operated by Borneo Mobility (Samarahan) Sdn Bhd, the new full-fledged 3S centre – sales, service and spare parts – is located some 30 KM southeast of the state’s capital city of Kuching. UMWT says this new outlet now serves the growing demand for Toyota vehicles in the area, which has a population totalling over 130,000.
Appointed since 2020, authorised dealer operators Borneo Mobility (Samarahan) Sdn Bhd has established a strong presence in the region. This latest 3S facility also sees its after-sales side of things house no less than five service bays, all poised to provide efficient after-sales care to Toyota customers in the region.

Additionally, Borneo Mobility adds that the new Kota Samarahan is poised to contribute no less than 12% to its total sales volume. The firm is also likely capitalising in Kota Samarahan’s recent rapid development to evolve beyond its renowned status as a “Town of Knowledge” with new residential, commercial and infrastructure projects coming up.
“This new 3S centre is just our way of bringing our brand closer to our customers, wherever they may be, while ensuring they have seamless access to our services whenever they need them,” says UMWT president Datuk Ravindran K.
UMWT customers based in Kota Samarahan and its nearby vicinity can visit the Borneo Mobillity’s new Toyota 3S Centre that’s located at Lot 9040-9042, Block 26, 15-20 Uni Alam Commercial Centre, Jalan Datuk Mohamad Musa, 94300 Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
The outlet operates Mondays through Fridays from 8AM to 5:30PM, and on Saturdays from 8AM to 1PM. More details can be obtained online via UMWT’s official website or its toll-free customer hotline of 1-800-8-TOYOTA (869682).
