New Neta Flagship Store In Ampang Officially Opened

Neta Auto and KCM Group officially launched the Neta brand’s first Malaysian flagship store located Ampang, Selangor. Designed as a fully immersive experience centre, the showroom aims to allow visitors to engage directly with Neta’s innovative technology, reflecting the brand’s vision of empowering individuals through advanced mobility solutions.
This flagship store’s opening marks a significant milestone in Neta Auto’s expansion in Malaysia, with plans to establish 20 dealerships by the end of 2024. Key areas targeted for this network include Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Penang, and East Malaysia.

Zhou Jiang, Neta Auto’s VP, highlighted the importance of each new location in achieving the brand’s mission of making intelligent mobility accessible to everyone. He also emphasised that the flagship store in Kuala Lumpur, located in a prime business area near major landmarks and transportation hubs, is a testament to this vision.

Additionally, Neta is also upgrading its existing dealerships to 3S facilities, enhancing the customer experience across sales and service channels. With the flagship model, the Neta X, and other new entries yet to be launched into the Malaysian market, the brand aims to replicate its recent success in Thailand while supporting Malaysia’s rapid EV adoption.
Spanning 2,322 square metres, the Jalan Ampang flagship store is located at 317B, Jalan Ampang. It houses amenities such as a merchandise area, a coffee lounge, and dedicated after-sales services, offering a comprehensive, customer-centric experience beyond traditional automotive retail.

“Our flagship store represents our commitment to redefining the EV retail experience, not just focusing on sales, but building a community with Neta owners,” said Mo, Director of KCM Group.
To celebrate the outlet’s launch, Neta Auto handed over the first 50 units of the Neta X to its early buyers. The C-segment SUV offering was officially launched back in July with three variants: 400 Comfort (RM119,888), 400 Luxury (RM127,888), and 500 Luxury (RM135,888).
