New Suzuki Showroom Opens In Penang, Five More Planned This Year

Naza Eastern Motors officially opened its third Suzuki cars branch in Georgetown, Penang recently.
Malaysian Suzuki cars importers and distributors Naza Eastern Motors Sdn Bhd is set to expand its nationwide network this year. The firm kicked off this effort this week by announcing the official opening of a new Suzuki showroom located in Penang.
Located in the island state’s capital of Georgetown off Jalan Anson, the outlet stands as Naza Eastern Motor’s third Suzuki branch. It now joins the firm's existing Petaling Jaya flagship showroom and Johor Bahru 3S outlet, and the firm says more are on the way this year – more on this in a bit.

The new 7,000 square foot showroom is located off Jalan Anson and features a spacious layout brimmed with interactive displays and comfortable spaces, says Naza Eastern Motors.
Fans of the Japanese S-marque in Penang can now visit the new 7,000 square foot showroom that features a spacious layout, interactive displays, and comfortable spaces. According to Naza Eastern Motors, the outlet prioritises customer satisfaction and offer a seamless car buying experience.
“This showroom is not just about expanding our footprint, but also about strengthening the relationship with our valued customers by offering them a world-class experience,” added Datuk Jasmy Ismail, Chairman of Naza Automotive Group – parent company of Naza Eastern Motors - during the new Penang outlet's official launch.

During the Penang showroom's launch, Naza Automotive Group Chairman Datuk Jasmy Ismail also confirmed five more Suzuki brand outlets will open across Malaysia this year by Naza Eastern Motors.
The exec then continued by saying that the firms network “will soon grow with new outlets planned for Kuching, Klang, Muar, Langkawi and Labuan this year, further reinforcing our promise to serve Suzuki cars customers nationwide.”
Despite confirming these locations, no timeline to each new outlet’s establishment was given. Nevertheless, this is perhaps good news for the firm ahead of a possible new products offensive from the S-brand, which may include the new eVitara – Suzuki’s first electric vehicle (EV) model.

All three core Suzuki models retailed by Naza Eastern Motors were on display at the new Penang showroom, and it includes both the Jimny 3-door and Jimny 5-door, as well as the Swift Sport.
At present, Naza Eastern Motors has just three core Suzuki models on sale, those being the Jimny 3-door and 5-door priced at RM158,900 and RM199,950 respectively, as well as the Swift Sport priced at RM130,900, or RM145,900 in special Silver Edition guise.
