Launched: 2025 VW Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg Edition – 2 Variants, From RM192,290

Also treated in special 'Wolfsburg Edition' guise is the VW Tiguan Allspace 7-seat crossover SUV, and this one sees two variants available - Elegance and R-Line 4Motion.
We continue dissecting the trio of special edition models launched by Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) ahead of the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025) that opens this week at MAEPS, Serdang.
Essentially, the new 2025 VW Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg Edition pictured is a two-in-one presentation by VPCM – it’s available in both Elegance and higher-end R-Line 4Motion guises.

Amongst the exclusive touches added here include the signature Wolfsburg B-pillar emblems (left) and the VW-branded tyre valve caps (right).
Like the sleeker 2025 VW Arteon Wolfsburg Edition, these Tiguan Allspace specials gain a similar treatment with several exclusive additions and styling touches. Both bear the Wolfsburg B-pillar emblems, VW-branded tyre valve caps, load-edge protection (front bumper included), polypropylene boot tray, smart holders, and front seat headrest hooks.
Specific to the Elegance-based variant is the addition of aluminium sports pedal. Also added across both is thew Volkswagen Universal Traffic Recorder 2.0 (UTR 2.0) front and rear dashcams package. Lastly, both also come with special owner’s box containing a VW-branded keyholder, certificate of authenticity, as well as Wolfsburg Edition floor mats.

Unique here too are the front seat headrest hooks (left), as well as the Wolfsburg Edition floor mats (right).
As seen in the Arteon Wolfsburg Edition, both Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg Edition variants also gain the VW UTC 2.0 dashcams package.
Mechanically, both variants are unchanged from their respective base variants. You’ll find an unchanged 1.4-litre 4-cyl turbo petrol heart with 148 HP and 250 NM under the hood of the Elegance-based special. This also continues to be paired with a 6-speed DSG (wet clutch) box and front-wheel-drive (FWD) setup.
Moving to the R-Line 4Motion-based variant, and this one also retains its base car’s 2.0-litre 4-cyl turbo petrol heart, it’s 217 HP and 250 NM outputs, as well as both its 7-speed DSG (wet clutch) box and 4Motion all-wheel-drive (AWD) suite. As a refresher, this is the peppiest guise in this crossover SUV’s range too.

Prices for the 2025 VW Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg Edition variants start from RM192,290 (Elegance) and RM244,474 (R-Line 4Motion).
Beyond what we just detailed, there are no other changes in the list of kit and amenities in both these Wolfsburg Edition specials from their respective base variants. The only other change to note here is the beefed up optional Volkswagen Assurance Package (VAP) service coverage, but we’ll cover prices first.
Excluding VAP, base prices read at RM192,290 for the Elegance-based variant, and at RM244,474 for the higher-end and peppier R-Line 4Motion-based variant. These raises to RM211,590 and RM265,074 respectively with VAP.

Both the 2025 VW Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg Edition (left) and 2025 VW Arteon Wolfsburg Edition (right) will be showcased at MAS 2025 this week.
However, VPCM’s ‘special introductory savings’ offer of RM30,000 brings the VAP-inclusive prices down further to RM181,590 (Elegance) and RM245,074 (R-Line 4Motion).
Lastly, both also see their optional VAPs beefed up with longer 7-year or 105,000 KM service package instead of the usual 5-year or 75,000 KM stint. Unchanged are the 5-year, unlimited mileage warranty and 5-year roadside assist coverages that VAP already offers.
