Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia Sets Up New Shah Alam Warehouse

Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia revealed today it has established a new dedicated warehouse facility to boost its after-sales coverage.
Fresh from announcing its rebranding at the recent Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025), Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia elected to shed light on its latest efforts performed towards bolstering its after-sales network via an official press release issued earlier today.
New to the firm’s after-sales infrastructure is a dedicated warehouse facility located in the Hicom Industrial Estate, Shah Alam, Selangor. This facility is owned and operated by parent firm Chery Corporate Malaysia, and it serves to support its portfolio of brands.

Established by Chery Corporate Malaysia, siad warehouse located in Shah Alam has been operational since March 2025 and currently stockpiles over 10,000 parts for Jaecoo, Omoda, and iCaur models.
Said warehouse has been operational since March 2025, occupying a total built-up area of 88,000 square feet – more than double in size versus the previous facility used by the firm. It now stockpiles over 10,000 parts for all Omoda, Jaecoo, and iCaur models.
Altogether, Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia is banking on this new and dedicated facility to ensure network readiness ahead of the firm’s planned introduction of both its new iCaur sub-brand mentioned, and its first offering – the iCaur 03 – in the third quarter (Q3).

The new warehouse facility detailed comes at an arguably pivotal time as Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia gears up to introduce its new iCaur sub-brand and iCaur 03 model.
"The centrally located Chery Corporate Malaysia Warehouse is pivotal in supporting our growing dealership network while upholding the premium aftersales service standards,” explained Emily Lek, Vice President of Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia via the official press release issued.
Presently, the Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia nationwide network consists of 45 dealers serving both sales and after-sales support. This is set to grow further with the 11 new iCaur dealer-partners announced by Omoda | Jaecoo Malaysia at MAS 2025 recently.
Expect to see more development form the them firm, especially through its new iCaur sub-brand noted, in the coming weeks and months.
