Zeekr 009 Executive Gets Dual-Chamber Air Suspension Upgrade

The newly launched Zeekr 009 Executive variant gets a dual-chamber air suspension system upgrade in Malaysia.

Fresh from making its debut at the ongoing Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025) last week, Zeekr Malaysia has now introduced a new mechanical upgrade to the new Zeekr 009 Executive variant. The single-motor FWD model now comes with the same dual-chamber air suspension system as other top-spec variants, thus promising to enhance ride comfort and driving dynamics in this supposed entry-level model.

And just like other variants of the 009, the dual-chamber air suspension system is coupled with a CCD electromagnetic vibration reduction system, plus Zeekr’s proprietary intelligent Magic Carpet Control. Combined, Zeekr claims all these systems can deliver significantly enhanced ride comfort and driving dynamics for the 009 EV MPV while being capable of adapting to varying road conditions.

As detailed prior, the new Executive model is the sole Zeekr 009 variant that comes with a single FWD motor setup. Rated at 335 HP (250 kW) and 373 Nm, the 009 Executive still gets a respectable 0-100 km/h sprint time of 7.9 seconds, while its WLTP range has been extended to 604 km, thanks to the same 116-kWh NMC-type battery pack used on the AWD model.

Unlike its posher siblings, the Zeekr 009 Executive is only available in both Phantom Black and Crystal White colourways, whereas the AWD models now come with a new Mineral Green colour option. Besides the limited colourways, the Executive model looks the same as both the Luxury and Ultra Luxury variants.

On board, the Zeekr 009 Executive still gets the same Sofaro First Class Aeronautic seats with ventilation, massage, and memory functions, a massive 17-inch OLED screen, 30-speaker Yamaha Surround Stereoscopic audio system, and premium Nappa leather upholstery as its posher siblings. The only two notable changes are the absence of both the electronic latch for the front doors and power adjustments for the steering wheel from the Executive model.

The all-new Zeekr 009 Executive is now available for booking, with a special price of RM310,000 for the first 500 customers. Every purchase includes a 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty and an 8-year or 160,000 km battery warranty. Not to forget, customers will also get 2 years of complimentary connected services, which includes 6GB of monthly data for access to the Zeekr app, onboard navigation, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

Bookings can be made at Zeekr Malaysia’s booth at the ongoing MAS 2025, happening from May 9 to 15 at MAEPS Serdang. Alternatively, customers can also visit Zeekr Space Petaling Jaya, Zeekr Space IOI Mall Puchong, and the Zeekr Pop-Up Store at Sunway Pinnacle to proceed with their bookings for the new Zeekr 009 Executive.
