Proton e.MAS 5 ‘MISI 5’ National Tour – Aug to Oct, Launching Soon?

The upcoming Proton e.MAS 5 is going on a ‘MISI 5’ national tour from August to October, 2025. Launch imminent?
The upcoming Proton e.MAS 5 EV is going on a nationwide tour from Aug to Oct this year ahead of its much-anticipated debut. Dubbed the Proton e.MAS 5 ‘MISI 5’ Tour, Proton’s upcoming second EV model will be visiting several popular tourist destinations, covering all major regions in both East and West Malaysia.
The nationwide tour will kick off in the Central Region from Aug 9-17, where the e.MAS 5 will be visiting key popular spots like Batu Caves, Central Market, KLCC, and Saloma Bridge on Aug 15. At the same time, this EV hatch will also appear in several Proton e.MAS dealerships in the region as listed below:
- 9 August: SG Car (Shah Alam), Wheelcorp (Setia Alam), EON (Glenmarie), and AJG (Puchong)
- 10 August: AJG (Sri Kembangan), Jawira (Balakong), ProAuto (Kajang), and Jewel Sonic (Putrajaya)
- 16 August: Able Mobility (Cheras), MBF EV (Jalan Tun Razak), Cahaya (Segambut), and Igreen (Setapak)
- 17 August: Pantai Bharu (Rawang), EON (Damansara), Regal Motor (Petaling Jaya), and Peringgit (Jalan Klang Lama)
Besides the Central Region, the MISI 5 Tour will head to the Northern Region (Perak, Penang, and Kedah) from Aug 21 to 25, the East Coast Region (Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang) from Sept 4 to 8, the Southern Region from Sept 13 to 15 in Johor and Sept 20 to 21 in Negri Sembilan and Melaka, and the East Malaysia Region from Sept 25 to 28 in Sarawak and Oct 3 to 5 in Sabah.


Visitors to this upcoming tour will be treated to guided walkabouts, as well as static displays and interactive exhibits on the e.MAS 5 and other Proton e.MAS products. More importantly, visitors will have a chance to size up the new e.MAS 5 up close, while seeing firsthand how this compact EV hatch fits seamlessly into the lives of everyday Malaysians, regardless of class or age.

“With the MISI 5 Tour, Malaysians will get the chance to see the Proton e.MAS 5 up close, learn more about the car from product experts, as well as meet popular influencers,” said Mr. Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET.
“The Proton e.MAS 5 is designed to meet the needs of young urban starters, families, and first-time EV drivers, and MISI 5 lets us connect with those people, region by region,” Zhang added.
