Batik Air Fixed Fares and Student Discounts for CNY 2026

Batik Air has kicked off its Fixed Fares for Your Reunions campaign for Chinese New Year 2026, along with a new Batik Student Fare programme. The moves make it easier for Malaysians to travel home for the holidays and for students to get around affordably, whether locally or abroad.

The launch was officiated by YB Loke Siew Fook, who said initiatives like these put passengers first, especially during busy festive periods. Travel is central to Chinese New Year, he added, as families come together to celebrate.

With fixed fares and student discounts, Batik Air is helping travellers plan ahead and reduce the stress that often comes with holiday journeys. Passengers can fly from Kuala Lumpur or Subang, with fares starting from RM318 one-way to Sarawak and RM378 one-way to Sabah.

The fixed fares are available for booking until Feb 13, 2026, for travel from Feb 13 to 16 2026.

The Student Fare programme also gives young people more freedom to travel for education, personal growth, or exploration.

YB Loke highlighted the teamwork needed to make travel smooth. Airlines, airports, and regulators all play a part, while the dedication of staff on the ground helps ensure journeys are safe and reliable.

These initiatives aim to make festive travel more accessible and predictable. As the holiday season approaches, they give Malaysians and students more options to reach their destinations comfortably and on time.
