Not long after the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) officially commenced, an accident has already been lodged yesterday involving a yellow Perodua Myvi and a motorcycle.

A biker was found injured after colliding with the ‘’King” and taken to Hospital Ampang for further treatment. As reported, both the car and motorcycle were damaged.

According to Ampang Jaya district police chief Mohamad Farouk Eshak, the crash is located approximately a kilometre south of the Bukit Teratai toll plaza, where the left side of the highway transitions from cliff to a wide panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

Currently, the case is being investigated under traffic obstruction and causing an accident which could result in an RM300 fine for both parties.

The SUKE highway has been open to the public since September 16, 2022 on top of one month free tolls being offered to travellers.
