After Proton, it’s the turn of second national carmaker Perodua to answer the Government’s recent calls to ease the impact of rising living costs amongst lower income groups – B40. To that, Perodua has initiated its Auto Rahmah Package 2023 tailored specifically for Axia and Bezza owners.

“The Perodua Auto Rahmah 2023 Package is devised specifically for our Axia and Bezza customers in meeting their motoring needs while at the same time reducing the cost of living for our customers” Perodua President and CEO Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Ahmad said.

Perodua’s latest effort stems from the Government's recently announced PAYUNG RAHMAH Programme which aims to ease the burden of the people through various cost of living aspects. It also comes in time just before the upcoming Hari Raya Aidil Fitri festive holidays.

Running from April 12 until May 15, 2023, the Perodua Auto Rahmah Package 2023 offers Axia and Bezza owners a 30% discount on their total service invoice for parts and labour. Axia and Bezza owners keen to capitalise on this need only to call and set service appointments with their nearest Perodua service outlets.

Minister of International Trade & Industry (MITI) Tengku Zafrul Aziz also lauded the effort. In a statement issued by his Ministry through Perodua, he also noted the Government’s priority to find ways in lessening the impact of rising prices in every way that we can, and that MITI is leveraging on its role to achieve this.

“We hope other car brands will also follow in the footsteps of Perodua to help contribute to the safety of car owners and their loved ones on the road, especially during the upcoming Aidilfitri festival season,” adds the minister.

“MITI has always been our biggest supporter and is currently working with us in making this special service discount a reality,” said Perodua’s Datuk Seri Zainal. He also notes that the campaign was driven by the firm’s intend to create a targeted effort to ensure peace of mind when driving.
