- Meet The Custom Luxury Samsung Phone To Match Your Tesla Cybertruck
When Elon Musk unveiled the Cybertruck, an electric pickup truck with a cyberpunk aesthetic, in November 2019, nobody could have predicted that it would take more than four years to arrive. While some waiting was to be expected, reservation holders must have found the frequent delays and mounting anticipation to be especially taxing.
However, now that the initial units have been distributed and owners are beginning to utilize their e-truck, it's imperative that they improve.
This is where Caviar comes in. Russian luxury goods customizer Caviar is well-known across the globe for creating some of the most outrageous and surprising alterations on well-known, frequently standard products. Caviar has a weakness for Apple and Tesla, two companies known for their exclusivity and incredibly helpful customer service.
This week, Caviar unveiled its new line of products, and one of them is Cyber, the Cybertruck-inspired Samsung phone.
Cyberpunk aesthetics on the Samsung chassis," Caviar says. "Introducing a smartphone inspired by the bold lines of the revolutionary pickup - Tesla Cybertruck. Every aspect of this device reflects the spirit of innovation that unites Tesla and Samsung."
Cyber remains a phone, and a standard one at that. Caviar, like its other products, only makes aesthetic changes to the product, so what you get with Cyber is a Samsung with factory hardware dressed up in brand new, super fancy clothes.
Cyber is available in two versions, each with three specifications and a different price point depending on which you choose. The Galaxy S24 Ultra Cyber costs $8,770 for the 256GB variant and $9,490 for the 1TB variant, whereas the Galaxy S23 Ultra Cyber costs $8,490 to $9,200 for the same storage options.
Cyber is made of aerospace-grade titanium, and the case is not removable. The back of the case depicts the Cybertruck's bold silhouette, including the angular roof, windshield, and tonneau. The phone has the same utilitarian, brutalist aesthetic as the e-truck, but the visual impact is reduced due to its smaller size. You also get a representation of the Cybertruck's headlights and taillights, which Caviar painted in enamel.
In keeping with the goal of providing luxury goods that stand out for their craftsmanship and exclusivity, Caviar claims that only 99 Cyber units will be produced in total, regardless of model or storage capacity.
