Isuzu Malaysia Launches New Isuzu Insurance Pro Programme

Isuzu Malaysia announced its new in-house Isuzu Insurance Pro programme earlier today, and is available for newly purchased Isuzu vehicles and as renewals.


Isuzu Malaysia announced that it has added a brand new in-house insurance programme for its customers. Christened as Isuzu Insurance Pro, the firm says the plan offers customers with a  comprehensive insurance coverage that protects both drivers and their Isuzu vehicles.

Aptly, Isuzu Insurance Pro is offered on all Isuzu vehicles distributed by the firm and its dealers such as the recently refreshed D-Max pick-up truck, along with its range of light-, medium, and heavy-duty trucks like the ELF, Forward and Giga. Included here too are prime movers.

Available for both newly purchased vehicles or as renewals, this in-house insurance plan is underwritten by a panel of five major insurance and takaful firms. It promises targeted, speedy and convenient protection that are customised exclusively to benefit Isuzu owners.

Other key benefits for D-Max owners included free 300 KM round-trip towing, and more.


Key benefits offered through the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme include fast approvals for claims below RM20,000, unlimited number of free 300 KM round-trip towing for D-Max, as well as three free 100 KM round-trip towing for ELF models.

Additionally, the programme also offers free all drivers coverage, flood relief benefits, key-loss coverage, motor personal accident coverage of up to RM10,000 for both policy holders and authorised drivers, as well as 24/7 roadside assistance.

Notably, Isuzu Insurance Pro also offers 10 years of betterment and excess exemption, and agreed value up to 10 years for D-Max and for the first year for Isuzu trucks.

Claims made under the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme will be honoured using genuine Isuzu parts as well.


Critically, claims made under this programme will be honoured with full Isuzu genuine parts provided vehicles are returned to authorised Isuzu centres for said claims.

Purchases of the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme can be done starting Aug 5 via authorised Isuzu dealers nationwide. Lastly, early birds opting into the programme will also receive free gifts in the form exclusive merchandise. More details about this programme available online via this link
