- Brabus Is Building An Island For The Ultra Rich
Not content with Big Boy, their outrageously luxurious Mercedes lorry turned motorhome, Brabus is now escalating luxury to a new level; they are constructing their own private island, essentially creating an exclusive haven for the ultra rich.
Brabus Island, as the name suggests, is a premium real estate project being built by the firm in Abu Dhabi's swanky Al Seef waterfront region. The 0.4 square mile island, designed in conjunction with Abu Dhabi-based developer Reportage Properties, would house four high-rise structures with a total of 350 apartments and 100 bespoke villas.
Unlike your average beach house, Brabus Island homes boast seriously customized interiors inspired by their masterpiece cars. Forget plain and simple, you get to pick from themes like Black and Bold, White Bliss, or Grey Haven—basically, living in a Brabus ride.
If you've always dreamed of your house feeling as tricked-out as your favorite car, this is it.
Construction of beachfront homes on the Isle of Brabus is slated to begin this summer with completion expected by early 2028, allowing initial residents to move in.
If you’re thinking of buying in, prices start at $790,400 for an apartment, while a beach villa could set you back a cool $7.34 million.
Constantin Buschmann, CEO of Brabus, said: “Brabus Island is both an incredible milestone and an evolution that makes sense. For nearly five decades, Brabus has built products that move people – emotionally, viscerally, physically
“But this is different. Now, for the first time, we’re not just designing vehicles for a lifestyle – we’re designing the lifestyle itself. Brabus Island is an exciting and very significant design opportunity, and Abu Dhabi is exactly the right place for it.”
