The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is inviting Malaysians to do more than just renew road tax or check summonses; it wants your voice in shaping its next wave of digital upgrades.

Through a newly launched feedback survey, JPJ is calling on users to share their honest experiences. Whether you’ve used the MyJPJ app, browsed its online portal, or faced issues while accessing digital services, your input will directly inform how JPJ improves moving forward.

You can join the survey by visiting the JPJ Digital Services through the direct link or scanning the official QR code from JPJ’s announcement. Every response will be reviewed as part of JPJ’s push to modernise public service, making it faster, more responsive, and simpler for everyone.
