- Mansory Brings Lots Of Carbon Fibre To G90-Gen BMW M5
Renowned high-end tuners Mansory recently had their way with the latest G90-gen BMW M5 super-saloon.

Loyal Carz.com.my followers will know by now how we have somewhat of a love-hate relationship with high-end tuning brand Mansory. The firm’s recent effort based on the latest G90-generation BMW M5 super-saloon continues to divide opinions.
Typical of Mansory, they’ve brought an extensive aerokit for the G90 M5’s exterior, and it’s largely made from lightweight carbon fibre. However, the way much of which are designed might not be to everyone’s taste, and that’s putting it lightly.

Mansory added a new carbon fibre hood featuring lots of vents, aggressive new intake garnish, triple-tip exhaust, both bootlid and roof-mounted spoilers, and a massive rear diffuser assembly.
Highlights include a new carbon fibre hood featuring a series of integrated vents, an aggressive new intake garnish in the front bumper, side gills, sharper side skirts, side mirror caps, and Mansory’s signature ‘shield’ emblems in the front fenders.
At the rear, Mansory added a massive rear diffuser element, triple-tailpipe mounted front and centre, as well as both a roof-mounted and bootlid spoiler elements. There’s also additional carbon fibre trims plus extra reflectors.

Besides the carbon fibre aero parts, Mansory also brimmed the G90-gen BMW M5 with new "ultra-lightweight" 22-inch forged wheels.

Besides the carbon fibre aerokit detailed, Mansory also brimmed the G90-gen BMW M5 with “ultra-light” 22-inch forged wheels that rocks a multi-spoke design. How all these translate towards lowering the M5’s 2,445 KG weight remains questionable.
Under the hood, Mansory have tweaked the 4.4-litre V8 twin-turbo mill, boosting outputs by 121 HP and 150 NM. With that, peak output now stands at 838 HP and 1,150 NM. In other words, expect this tuned M5 to be quicker than stock.

Custom carbon fibre engine cover masks the fact that this BMW M5 has its output bumped up to 838 HP and 1,150 NM.

Whilst here, it’s also worth highlighting that Mansory added a custom carbon fibre engine cover as well. No word on chassis enhancements, but the firm did instead teased “much more to come.
Elsewhere, Mansory did its usual redux of the interior which, in the case of the unit pictured, takes on a new black-and-orange colour scheme matched with custom floor mats plus new sporty pedal covers.

Mansory also gave the interior a full redux featuring new orange-black leather upholstery, as well as sporty pedal covers.

While it may not be to everyone’s taste, there’s no hiding the fact that the new G90-gen BMW M5 is a ground-breaking super-saloon – it’s the first that requires plugging-in and stands as the most powerful iteration of this renowned super-saloon nameplate.
The model recently made its arrival locally during My BMW World 2025 with a price tag of RM1,188,800. You can read all about which by clicking these blue words…
