Winner of the BMW Excellence Club in the 2019 Platinum Category and member of largest network of authorised dealers, Auto Bavaria Penang introduced its first-ever dedicated BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane Centre in Malaysia.
The new 30,000sq ft stand-alone centre from Auto Bavaria Penang is located along Jalan Sungai Pinang in Penang and will complement the services offered by its main facility at Jalan Anson, Penang.
It features a fully air-conditioned premium customer lounge, six service bays as well as two RATC (Reception at the Car) bays. The centre will focus solely on quick service and repairs with emphasis on regular vehicle maintenance, wear and tear repairs, tyre replacement and cosmetic repairs, just to name a few.
Sime Darby Auto Bavaria’s Managing Director Vi Thim Juan stated that the Service Fast Lance concept aims to help customers in optimising their time while receiving the necessary service for their cars. The cost and duration of the services will be discussed beforehand when a customer proceeds for a service appointment.
“Our Service Fast Lane Centre is designed to fit customers’ routine with minimal interruption. Service appointment scheduling is also flexible, allowing customers to bring in their cars at a time most convenient to them. With Service Fast Lane, service and repairs are done in a fraction of the time while customers sip their coffee and relax at our lounge,” said Vi.
In conjunction with the new opening, customers will receive a complimentary 72-point check inspection when sending their car fto the BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane from May 1 to May 31, 2021.
The BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane centre will be operating six days a week from 8am to 5pm every Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12.30pm on Saturdays excluding public holidays.
