Discounts on traffic fines of up to 50%, starting today until August 21

The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) announces that there will be discounts on traffic fines of up to 50%, although this is not the first time the authorities permit this action for the public to settle their outstanding bills on traffic charges.
In conjunction with the Malaysian Family Aspirations Family Tour Program 2022, PDRM allows summons reduction starting today until August 21, 2022.
Payment can be made at the Shah Alam Stadium Grounds Carnival Site and the Traffic Summons Payment Counter at the Shah Alam District Police Headquarters from 9am to 4pm.
However, this compound reduction is NOT offered for the following offences:
• Accidents
• Non-compoundable offences
• Mistakes in court hearings
• Related to heavy vehicles
• Cut dangerously
• Use the emergency lane
• Disobey a red light
• Cut twin lines
• Modify vehicle exhaust
So for those of you who have outstanding traffic charges and want to settle them by using this discount, don't miss your chance! For more info, you also may attend the program today.
