Porsche’s 50th In Taiwan, Rejoiced With An Exclusively Built 911 Carrera GTS
![]()
Marking a special moment in history, Porsche celebrates its 50th anniversary in Taiwan with a build exclusively for the occasion, the 911 Carrera GTS-50 Year Anniversary One of a Kind.
Consisting of several unique features, the anniversary model was designed by Porsche Taiwan together with Porsche AG and Exclusive Manufaktur specialists in Zuffenhausen.

To begin with, the exterior’s Irish Green colour serves as a symbolic depiction of Taiwan as a subtropical island covered largely in evergreen forests.
Additionally, the colour is also an acknowledgement of the Lizard Green 911E, which was the very first Porsche sold in Taiwan in 1972.

Then, above the side skirts of the anniversary model is a matte white outline side decal with Porsche logo, depicting a silhouette of the Formosa coastline in Taiwan.
Other elements are the ‘Porsche’ lettering in matt black integrated in the taillight strip, and the Turbo S Exclusive Design wheels with central lock, painted in Black with Irish Green detailing.

As for the interior, both sides of the doors’ sill guards in aluminium come with a '50 Years Porsche in Taiwan' designation.
Whereas, the passenger side of the dashboard trim contains a 911 Carrera GTS and ‘50 Years Porsche in Taiwan’ embossing.

Lastly, a special badge of the Taiwan coastline and ‘50’ lettering is embossed on the storage compartment lid.
That said, this globally exclusive, one and only Porsche 911 Carrera GTS-50 Year Anniversary One of a Kind will be put up for auction in the coming months.
The proceeds made from this event will be donated to Porsche Taiwan’s ‘Dream Together’ charity partners as their way to express gratitude for the local community.
