Introducing 2022 Honda Civic 2.0L e:HEV RS Variant, Now Available for Bookings!

Honda Malaysia announces its latest Civic with 2.0 litre e: HEV powertrain is made available for bookings starting today.
Honda Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hironobu Yoshimura commented that the 11th Generation Civic which was launched early this year receives overwhelming response from Malaysians having more than 6,000 units from January to September 2022.

The new RS variant is coupled with an Electric Continuously Variable Transmission (e-CVT) which churns out 181 hp and 315 Nm of maximum power output including the existence of Intelligent Power Unit (IPU) that is powered by a light and compact lithium-ion battery with the highest efficiency storage and charging.
Riding on 18-inch wheels, the Civic e: HEV RS is styled in sporty and bold design on top of a distinctive Blue H Mark and modern chrome front grille which enhanced its robust appearance.

A first in the segment, Honda added the Key Card feature which serves as a convenient keyless entry and start function marking its huge approach to new technology advancement.
Infotainment wise, occupants get to experience also the 9-inch Advanced Display Audio with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Remote Engine Start feature which helps to cool down the cabin before entering the car.

As usual, Honda SENSING come across as standard in the Civic e: HEV RS that comprises of Lead Car Departure Notification System (LCDN), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Low Speed Follow (LSF), Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM), Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Auto High Beam (AHB).
Although the price for Honda Civic 2.0-litre e: HEV RS variant has not been released, the City Hatchback 1.5V RS e: HEV variant costs more than RM100,00.
