The Malaysia Autoshow 2023, organized by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), will be held from May 4th to 7th at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS). This year's theme is "Mobility Redefined" and it aims to showcase the latest vehicles on the market, highlighting the advances in technology, safety, and comfort of vehicles within the Malaysian market.

Apart from showcasing the latest motoring and automotive exhibitions, the Autoshow will also expand its scope to include important technologies that the public can expect in the near future as Malaysia's mobility sector operates in the digital era. MARii Chairman, Datuk Phang Ah Tong, mentioned that the Autoshow is one of the few opportunities for industry players to directly access the public, to showcase the intricacies, "behind the scenes" elements and the people that design and build the cars that carry our loved ones every single day.

This year's Autoshow will feature new additions such as the Malaysia Bike Show, Malaysia EV Show, and Charged. Visitors will get the opportunity to see the latest technologies and developments in the automobile industry, from electric and autonomous vehicles, to advances in safety and efficiency. More than 100 car models from OEMs are expected to be on display at Hall A, including the newest Energy Efficient Models, with visitors offered special packages, deals, and special finance packages through its bank partner at the show.

Hall C will feature the Malaysia Bike Show, showcasing the breadth of 2-wheeler lifestyle, from Sports Bikes to Trail Dirt Bikes, while Hall D will host the Malaysia EV Show and Charged, focusing on the various types of electric vehicles, vehicle charging technology, as well as accessories, parts, and digital applications that make up the EV ecosystem.

The Autoshow will also feature various automotive and lifestyle activities, such as test drive routes, a dedicated Premium Hall to showcase and highlight the best technology the market has to offer from the premium segment, a dedicated off-road experience, drift taxi-ride, safety technology demonstration, food trucks, and fun-filled activities for the entire family at the AutoFest, including a concert featuring top artists, international dance invitationals, cosplay activities, and many more.

Datuk Phang expressed his appreciation for the industry-wide support to keep the Autoshow as an important agenda on the Malaysian automotive calendar. He thanked the Ministry and the entire automotive and mobility sectors for their continuous support for the Autoshow, as well as the sponsors, in particular, Perodua, the platinum sponsor for the Malaysia Autoshow 2023.
