Refreshed Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Vito, and EQV Vans Debut

Mercedes-Benz updated its mid-sized vans line-up, covering the V-Class, V-Class Marco Polo, Vito, eVito, and EQV models specifically.
Ahead of inaugurating its upcoming Van Electric Architecture (VAN.EA) in 2026, the mighty three-point star has opted to give its mid-sized vans line-up a refresh for its new 2024 model year guise. We’re talking of course about the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Vito, and EQV model lines, and here’s what’s new in them.
Depending on trimline, some variants receive numerous three-pointed stars embedded into the grille in similar fashion as the latest W214-gen E-Class. There’s also new illuminated LED contour for the V-Class, V-Class Marco Polo, and the EQV. Also, the fancier V-Class Exclusive line sees the classic Mercedes hood emblem primed for the first time.

Depending on variant and trimline, there's a new grille mirror the W214 E-Class, with some even getting the classic upright emblem and badges added too.
Multibeam LED headlights come either as standard or optional equipment, whilst LED taillights have been updated with a darkened contour. Also, V-Class and EQV get models also receive chrome trims with Mercedes-Benz lettering. Rounding off the exterior changes are five new paint colour choices and several aero-optimized alloy wheels in 17, 18, and 19-inch sizes.
On board, all models are now endowed with the latest version of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment display and software, the former featuring both a 5.5-inch instrument cluster plus a 10.25-inch touchscreen. The exception here are the V-Class, V-Class Marco Polo and EQV as all gain larger new 12.3-inch dual-displays instead.

Also updated are the wheels. Meausuring 17, 18, and 19-inches depending on model and variant, these are now aero-optimised too.
Additionally, all models also gain a wireless charging pad, heated steering wheels, keyless ignition, novel 64-colour ambient cabin lighting, as well as dimmed rear lighting for night driving. Other new bits include an electric parking brake now standard in commercial versions primed with automatic transmissions, left-side sliding doors as standard for the V-Class and EQV, and a revamped 360-degree parking camera.
safety kit is also beefed up across the board with new and improved active driver assistance features (ADAS) including the Active Lane Keeping Assist, Intelligent Speed Assist, and Blind Spot Assist. The Active Distance Assist Distronic now comes standard in the EQV and V-Class, and is optional in both the Vito and eVito.

Safety has been beefed up across the range too with some gaining active driver assistance (ADAS) features added into their kit list.
Mercedes-Benz didn’t note any powertrain change, likely suggesting much is carried over. As a refresher, the EQV harness a single electric motor rated at 201 HP (150 kW) and 362 NM. Said EV van saw both a 60 kWh (EQV 250) and 90 kWh (EQV 300) batteries available, granting up to 418 KM in range between charges. The ICE-powered lineup had 1.7, 2.0, and 2.2-liter turbo-diesel 4-cyl powertrains instead.
