Millennium Welt Opens BMW Malaysia’s First Retail.Next Concept Showroom

BMW Group Malaysia welcomes its first showroom built based on the Retail.Next concept
BMW Group Malaysia and long-time dealer partner Millennium Welt have welcomed the nation’s first-ever BMW showroom to utilise BMW’s Retail.Next concept. Located in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan, this new showroom concept features the latest customer-centric services and facilities – all developed in-line with BMW’s new Retail.Next dealership concept.

Being the firm’s largest showroom outside of Klang Valley, the newly-opened Millennium Welt Seremban 2 dealership houses all the latest products and vehicles from BMW, BMW Motorrad, and MINI, as well as carrying both the BMW Premium Selection (BPS) and MINI Used Car Next (MUCN) pre-owned vehicle portfolios. Additionally, the showroom also features a dedicated space for the display of both BMW M and BMW i models.

The Millennium Welt Seremban 2 4S centre houses eight servicing bays, capable of handling up to 50 servicing jobs every day
Moving on to its after-sales services, the Millennium Welt Seremban 2 outlet features a comprehensive 4S service centre with Fastlane services, all of which are available at this new BMW facility. Equipped with eight service bays, this facility can handle up to 50 service appointments daily, with this service covering all brands under the BMW Group’s portfolio, including the BPS and MUCN vehicles.

Spanning 173,948 square-feet, the new Millennium Welt Seremban 2 showroom exemplifies sustainable design with the use of recycled materials in its construction, complemented by an eye-pleasing green facade. Upon entering this state-of-the-art showroom, visitors will be greeted by the Central Customer Walkway before making their way to the inviting BMW Bar & Lounge as well as the luxurious Grand Klasse lounge.

Aside from the lifestyle-oriented facilities, this new BMW dealership also houses the new Customer Consultation Stages, where trained BMW salespersons will be more than willing to help customers with their purchasing needs. Other than that, familiar services such as the Reception at the Car (RATC), insurance renewal, vehicle trade-ins, and many more.
Moreover, Millennium Welt is also planning to install both AC and DC charging stations at this new showroom. Though no details were shared on the exact figures and number of chargers, BMW said that these charging stations will join the group’s vast EV charging network, with over 1,000 charging stations spread across the country.
As part of the grand opening festivities, Millennium Welt Seremban 2 is also offering an exclusive array of promotions for its customers from Nov 25 to 26. This includes free home charging installation by ChargePoint for every purchase of a new EV model from BMW and MINI, discounts on selected BMW lifestyle merchandise, and complimentary automotive insurance worth RM5,000 for every purchase of a pre-owned BMW vehicle from the BPS lineup.

Located at No.1, Jalan S2 A6, Seremban 2, 70300 Seremban, the Millennium Welt Seremban 2 showroom operates daily between 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM from Monday to Saturday, and from 10 AM to 6.30 PM on Sundays and public holidays – while the 4S centre operates Monday to Saturday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
