Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) have announced a new comprehensive assurance and certification programme for pre-owned Ford vehicles today. Called ‘Ford Assured’, it seeks to provide confidence and peace of mind to customers purchasing pre-owned Ford vehicles.
At the heart of Ford Assured is a meticulous inspection and certification process that ensures pre-owned Ford vehicles meet stringent quality and performance standards. Not only tailored to enhance overall pre-owned car buying experience, the programme also reinforces Ford's commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
The new Ford Assured programme seeks to offer enhanced customer experiences when purchasing pre-owned Ford Ranger (left) and Ford Everest (right) models.
For pre-owned Ford Ranger and Ford Everest models to qualify under the Ford Assured programme, said vehicles to be less than five years old in age or possess mileages no more than 140,000 KM (Ranger) and 80,000 KM (Everest). At the same time, both must also possess full-service histories.
Additionally, qualification for Ford Assured requires said vehicles to pass a stringent 96-point inspection performed by certified technicians. The programme also includes specific Refurbishment Standards, and this sees refurbishment processes performed and executed to the highest level.
To qualify, Ford Assured vehicles must be less than five years old or possess no more than 80,000 KM (Everest) or 140,000 KM (Ranger) mileage. They must also possess full-service histories.
