70Mai Malaysia has unveiled the new A510 dash cam at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024
Renowned car accessories brand 70Mai has unveiled the highly anticipated 70Mai Dash Cam A510 at the ongoing Malaysia Autoshow 2024 (MAS 2024). Continuing the success of the A500 dash cam that has charted over 500,000 sales globally, this new dash cam model boasts significant upgrades in image quality, safety features, and connectivity.
The heart of the A510 lies in the new Sony Stravis 2 IMX675 sensor, which grants this new dash cam superior night vision and high dynamic range (HDR) for crystal-clear visuals in any lighting condition. The dual-channel setup builds upon the original 1944P image quality, further enhanced by 70mai's proprietary image enhancement algorithms.
On top of that, the A510 also supports a decently high frame rate of up to 60FPS, which contributes to smoother footage and exceptional dynamic performance.
Beyond its exceptional video quality, the new A510 dash cam also offers a comprehensive suite of ADAS functions like Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Forward Collision Alert (FCA), and Front Vehicle Start Alert (FVSA) – all of which help to warn drivers of any potential dangers on the road.
Other safety features available in the A510 include a built-in GPS tracker, 24-hour parking surveillance, as well as a new time-lapse recording mode for both the front and rear cameras.
To ensure seamless and continuous connectivity, the new A510 dash cam also comes with an optional 70Mai 4G Hardwire Kit. This enables the dash cam to stay connected to the web, which allows users to get instant notifications to their personal devices pertaining to any alerts or potential incidents, as well as a remote live view of their car's surroundings for real-time monitoring and real-time location updates.
Besides the launch of the new A510 dash cam, 70Mai Malaysia has also been honoured by the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS), with said institution awarding the 70Mai A810 dash cam as the highest-rated dash cam in its proprietary CamScore system, scoring a remarkable score of 4.69 out of 5 stars.
Now available for purchase, the all-new 70Mai A510 dash cam starts from RM399 onwards. Those who are keen to check out or purchase the new A510 with exclusive early-bird promotions can pay a visit to 70Mai Malaysia’s booth located in Hall A of the MAS 2024, happening from May 22 to 26. Alternatively, the new 70Mai A510 is also available for purchase via any preferred online shopping outlet.
