PDRM Summonses Discount Up To 50% This Weekend In MAEPS, Serdang
As expected, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) are set to offer members of the public with summonses discount, some up to 50%, this weekend on July 12 and July 13 at MAEPS, Serdang in conjunction with the Hari Peneroka Felda 2024 event happening there.
This was confirmed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) via a post on its official Facebook page earlier today (embedded above).
Specifically, said discounted summonses payment offer will be conducted (presumably) at a dedicated PDRM booth located at the Parking 1A area. The hours for members of the public to capitalise on this offer are from 9AM to 4PM on both days.

There are terms and conditions to be eligible for the discount, but there are no elaborations on which in KDN’s Facebook post mentioned. However, PDRM had, in the past, made exclusions – there are certain types of summonses and compounds that are ineligible for discounts.
Amongst the latter are offences such as traffic light violations, emergency lane abuse, overtaking across double line markings, dangerous overtaking, que-cutting, accidents, non-compound (NC) type summonses, court, cases, and exhaust modification.
Also excluded from any discounts in the past were summonses involving heavy vehicles and lorries, as well as summonses and compounds issued during major operations – i.e. Ops Selamat. Expect these exclusions to remain with this weekend’s offer in MAEPS, Serdang.
