PDRM Slash Traffic Fines By 50% This Weekend
This might be great news for those who haven't paid their police summonses. Up until December 13, 2024, the Royal Malaysia Police's (PDRM) Pahang State Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) is offering 50% off summons for specific infractions.
The offer is valid from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except Saturdays and Sundays, at all Pahang state summons payment counters, including the IPD Raub traffic summons counter.
In addition, tomorrow, December 7, PDRM is giving 50% off summons in conjunction with the economy ministry's Program Moh Berkampung Kek event, which will take place at Dataran Melang in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan from 8.30 am to 4 pm.
The discount only applies to summons that do not involve traffic lights, emergency lanes, double queue overtaking, double lane overtaking/queue cutting, accidents, non-compound (NC), court cases, exhaust modification or heavy vehicles/lorries.
