smart Malaysia Introduces smartCo Owners’ Community Programme

During the smart #3 launch event yesterday, smart Malaysia also introduced the new smartCo programme for owners.
Besides launching the all-new smart #3 EV yesterday, smart Malaysia (PRO-NET) has also introduced its latest initiatives for customers, known as the smartCo. This new programme is catered to provide smart owners with “vibrant communities of automotive enthusiasts and turn hobbies into successful business ventures”.
According to smart Malaysia, the smartCo programme will also offer more business opportunities for smart owners, plus some exclusive privileges from businesses promoted by fellow smart owners.
“We aspire to foster more co-creation to uplift the brand values we cherish, creating a more vibrant community around smart,” said Zhang Qiang, CEO of smart Malaysia.

Two new CPOs joined smart Malaysia's growing CPO partners list, now covering up to 80% of Malaysia's current EV charging network.
In conjunction with the launch of both the smart #3 EV and the smartCo programme, smart Malaysia also took the opportunity to announce its partnership with two more EV charging point operators (CPOs), namely DC Handal and Carput Zap. With these two new CPOs now on-board, this brings smart Malaysia’s partner CPO count to six, granting both smart #1 and smart #3 access to over 80% of the public charging network in Malaysia.

Those who are keen to size up the new smart #3 can head to the smart Tour brand roadshow, which will take place in several cities around the nation. This nationwide tour kicks off in Kuala Lumpur, happening at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil from July 11 to 14, 2024.
This is followed by Selangor at Setia Alam Convention Centre from July 20 to 21, Penang at Gurney Plaza from Sept 4 to 8, and finally concludes in Johor at Mid Valley South Key from Sept 19 to 22.

Now available for purchase, the all-new smart #3 EV starts at RM175,000 for the entry-level Pro variant, RM215,000 for the Premium, and RM255,000 for the range-topping Brabus variant.
