MCE Secures RM52.13mil Worth Of Contracts From Proton
MCE Holdings Berhad (MCE) announced that Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Berhad, its sole subsidiary, has obtained contracts from Proton for the supply of mechatronic and electronic components for automotives, valued at roughly RM52.13 million.
Set to begin in the first quarter of the fiscal year ending July 31, 2026, MCE will provide parts for Proton vehicles, including the Front Reading Lamp, Rear Reflector, and Pull Cup Handle Assembly, under a 60-month contract.

Winning this project from Proton, according to Dr. Goh Kar Chun, Managing Director of MCE Group, shows how much the national automaker believes in their ability to design and manufacture products.
Goh further noted: “We are advancing our automotive electronics manufacturing capabilities as we work towards completing our new facility, the MCE Auto Hub, by early 2025. This new plant will enhance our ability to design and develop advanced electronic components and systems, allowing us to better serve the increasing demand for next-generation vehicles both locally and internationally.”
