Courtesy Cars And Rentals For Peugeot Customers Waiting On Repairs, Parts

Peugeot Malaysia is now offering customers waiting extended down-times with their vehicles undergoing service or repair with courtesy cars and rentals.
Good news for existing Peugeot owners facing extended down-times without their vehicles that are awaiting parts or repairs. Announced via the official Peugeot Malaysia Facebook page earlier this week is a courtesy cars and rentals scheme for said customers.
According to brand principals Stellantis Malaysia, a customer’s eligibility for this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The scheme also applies to cases where the vehicle is taken off the road over concerns in safety, driveability issues, as well as other unforeseen circumstances.

Details of this courtesy cars and rentals scheme offered to Peugeot customers published via the official Peugeot Malaysia Facebook page.
Essentially, Peugeot owners will be offered a courtesy car if their vehicle is facing extended down-time due to parts unavailability. In the event a courtesy car from Peugeot Malaysia is unavailable, the company will instead provide a complimentary rental vehicle in its place.
For the latter case, take note that the rental vehicle comes at no costs to customers. Aside from which, this scheme also comes with its own terms and conditions applied. Customers seeking more details on which can contact their nearest Peugeot outlet.

Since taking over stewardship of the French silver lion marque, Stellantis Malaysia currently offers new Peugeot models with the choice of a seven-year warranty, or a shorter five-year warranty scheme, the latter coming with a rebate on the vehicle’s sale price too.
On top of which, the firm also recently offered a 5-year free service package, albeit for a ‘limited time’ period only, on new Puegeot models purchased last month starting Sept 1 onwards. Customers benefitting from this offer need only fork out for labour costs only.
As for its network, Stellantis Malaysia recently marked the opening of a new showroom in Taipan, USJ that will be accompanied by a nearby off-site service centre that opens later this year. The firm also inducted stalwart car dealers Cycle & Carriage into its network.
