Toyota Crown Sport Gains Ferrari Purosangue Bodykit From Tuner

New 16th-gen Toyota Crown in both 'Crossover' lifted fastback four-door and 'Sport' crossover SUV hatch form as they debuted back in July 2022.
Toyota turned a brave new leaf when it revealed its new sixteenth generation Crown not as traditional luxury sports saloon as it once was. Instead, you’ll find the new Crown being available in both ‘Crossover’ lifted fastback and ‘Sport’ five-door crossover SUV hatch flavours.
Additionally, the latter has also been widely likened to the significantly pricier, quicker and seemingly rarer Ferrari Purosangue – an equally controversial ‘first’ new metal from the fabled prancing horse marque, which still refers to it as a “Ferrari four-door GT” instead of an SUV.

Like the Crown, the Purosangue is an equally controversial 'first' for Ferrari. Ironically, though Toyota debuted first, its Crown Sport is often likened to the Ferrari pictured, which debuted several month later in the same year.
Now, the lines between the two are blurred even more thank to Japanese tuners Aero Over who revealed a new and somewhat predictable new bodykit for the hybrid Toyota model mentioned that makes it look like the lifted Ferrari four-door it is so often likened to.
Revealed publicly at the recent Tokyo Auto Salon 2025 (TAS 2025) expo, the kit from Aero Over consists of a custom body kit, new quad exhaust, Ferrari-styled badges, as well as a set of new diamond-cut wheels.
Key modifications can be seen in the sharpened front splitter and redesigned rear diffuser that are both crafted out of fibre-reinforced plastic. Other notable touches include the yellow-hued brake caliper and custom Ferrari-styled tailgate badges, amongst other things.

Tuners Aero Over have now blurred the lines between the Crown Sport and Purosangue further during the recent Tokyo Auto Salon (TAS 2025) show with its newly created bodykit and custom quad-exhaust set for the former to make it look more like the latter.
The end results sees Aero Over present a cheeky yet convincing ‘homage’ to the otherwise almost unobtainable Ferrari mentioned. Though to be fair, Toyota beat Ferrari to the punch by introducing the Crown Sport first in July 2022 – some three months before the Purosangue debuted.
With its debut at TAS 2025, this new kit from Aero Over is now on sales in Japan. Whilst the front splitter and rear diffuser combo commands ¥250,000 (approx. RM7,145), the custom exhaust costs and additional ¥205,000 (approx. RM5,859).
As for the Ferrari-styled emblems and badges, these are relative bargains at ¥8,500 (approx. RM166) for the set mounted on the hood and fenders. Even the tailgate stickers only costs ¥2,000 (approx. RM57), but keep in mind these prices exclude installation labour costs.

The kit also includes custom Ferrari-styled badges.
Moreover, don’t forget that these prices are what you’ll pay extra on top of the Toyota Crown Sport base car, which retails in Japan from ¥5.9 million (approx. RM168,599) onwards.
Though we’ll argue that the total cost of this build is still a bargain versus the supposed RM5 million starting figure commanded by the Ferrari Purosangue towards invited buyers…
