New Ford 3S Outlet And B&P Centre Opens In Penang

Auto ConneXion strengthened its local network this week by opening a brand new Ford 3S centre in Seberang Perai, Penang.
Authorised Ford distributors Sime Darby AutoConneXion (Auto ConneXion) saw its local network strengthened further this week. New to said network is a brand-new Ford 3S showroom and service centre located in Seberang Perai, Penang, that officially opened this week.
Said new 3S centre now stands as the largest Ford outlet established in the state of Penang. Additionally, the outlet also saw Auto ConneXion invest up to RM16.6 million to construct and build the 46,000 square foot outlet.

Housed in this new outlet is a six-car showroom space featuring a dedicated delivery bay plus a concierge rendering personalised service, as well as a service centre with 16 service bays and a spare parts centre.
The new outlet houses a six-car showroom space plus a dedicated vehicle delivery bay, followed by a full-fledge service centre with 16 service bays and a spare parts centre. Additionally, the state-of-the-art facility greets customers with personalised service by concierge upon arrival.
Adding to which are digital and streamlined processes afforded by Ford's Digital Sales Tools used by the outlet’s staff of 38 highly trained sales and after-sales consultants. In turn, this ensures optimised efficiency for vehicle enquiries and aftersales service alike.

Also launched to complement the new 3S outlet is a dedicated new Body & Paint Centre located just 7 KM.
Crucially, this new 3S outlet is also bolstered by a dedicated 28,000 square foot Body & Paint Centre located just 7 KM away. This centre is brimmed with five mechanical service bays that boasts a monthly capacity to service up to 20 vehicles for body repairs.
“This new showroom not only reinforces our position as a leader in Malaysia's pick-up truck segment but also highlights our dedication to enhancing the overall Ford ownership experience,” remarked Turse Zahir, MD of AutoConneXion, via press release issued this week.
“Expanding our network will enable us to ensure that the Ford experience is more accessible in the northern region, providing an unparalleled ownership journey,” added Jeffrey Gan, Managing Director of Southeast Asia, Sime Motors, via the same release.


The new B&P Centre features five mechanical bays and it has a monthly capacity to service up to 20 vehicles for body repairs.
In conjunction with the opening of these new outlet and facility in Seberang Perai, customers in the month of Feb can enjoy a complimentary 5-Year Ford Blue Oval Service Plan and save up to RM8,000 (Terms and conditions apply).
The new Ford 3S centre detailed is located at Lot 6984, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. The Body & Paint Centre, on the other hand, is situated at 11A, Jalan Saga Jaya 1, Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya, 13600 Perai, Penang.

Operating hours for the showroom, service centre, and supporting B&P centre are available below.
As for operating hours, the showroom opens Mondays through Saturdays from 8:30AM to 6PM, and on both Sundays and Public Holidays from 10AM to 6PM.
The service centre instead operates on weekdays (Mondays through Fridays) from 8AM to 5PM, and on Saturdays from 8AM to 12:30PM.
