BMW Malaysia 2026 Price Update – ICE Models Up, EVs Unchanged

BMW Malaysia has updated the price list for its models in 2026, with most ICE models going up and EVs mostly unchanged.
Following its business performance review last week, BMW Malaysia has just updated the price list of its models for 2026, and most of its ICE-powered models have increased in price, with the highest price hikes at up to RM16,000.

We’ll start with the 2 Series, with the new, locally-assembled (CKD) 218 Gran Coupe Sport now costing RM219,800, thus making it RM1,000 more expensive than the original launch price last year. Mind you, 150 units of the 218 Gran Coupe Sport will be available with the BMW Iconic Glow, as detailed in our prior report. Meanwhile, the sportier BMW M2 sees a more significant price jump of RM6,000, as it now retails at RM656,800.

Next in line is the G20-gen 3 Series lineup, with the base 320i Sport CKD getting a RM2,000 price hike to now retail at RM267,800. Both the 330i M Sport CKD and 330Li M Sport CKD, on the other hand, get a heftier price hike of RM3,000, retailing at RM316,800 and RM323,800, respectively, while the sportier M340i xDrive M Sport Pro CKD is RM4,000 more expensive than before at RM392,800.

The same goes for the top-spec M3 Competition M xDrive, which gets the highest price hike of RM9,000, now retailing at a whopping RM847,800.

Moving on to the larger G60-gen 5 Series, the then base-spec 520i has been dropped in favour of a sportier 520i M Sport CKD, which goes up in price by RM7,000 to RM364,800, while the higher-spec 530i M Sport CKD now retails for RM8,000 more at RM407,800. The full-fledged G90-gen M5, on the other hand, gets a much higher price hike of RM12,000, now retailing at RM1,200,800.

Another model dropped from BMW Malaysia’s 2026 lineup is the 6 Series (630i GT M Sport), and the sole ICE-powered 7 Series variant, the 750e xDrive M Sport CKD, sees a price hike of RM8,000 to now retail at RM685,800.

Moving on to the SUVs, the X1 sDrive20i xLine is up by RM2,000 to RM252,800, while the larger X3 20 xDrive M Sport CKD retails for RM5,000 higher at RM325,800. Its sportier coupe twin, the X4 xDrive30i M Sport Pro CKD, is up by RM2,000 to now retail at RM406,800, whereas the larger, non-hybrid X5 xDrive40i M Sport CKD bumps up by just RM1,000 to RM470,800.
That said, the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) X5 xDrive50e M Sport CKD gets no price hike for 2026, as it still retails at RM494,800.

As for its largest SUV, the X7, both the xDrive40i Pure Excellence CKD and the xDrive40i M Sport CKD variants have increased by RM5,000 in price to RM635,800 and RM699,800, respectively. Last but not least, the flagship XM PHEV is now offered in a single XM Label variant, priced RM16,000 higher than before at RM1,554,800.

As of now, it appears that none of the BMW EVs have changed in their prices for 2026, with the exception of the new BMW i5 eDrive40 M Sport Pro CKD, which is priced RM40,000 cheaper than the previous CBU version at RM368,800. Mind you, these prices listed above are exclusive of the BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BSRI) packages, but you can check them out in the list below.
