Proton e.MAS Owners Can Now Charge At Their Condos For Only RM0.63/kWh – Here’s The Full Scoop
Living in a high-rise or condominium has long been the "EV struggle" for many Malaysian drivers, but the game is officially changing.
If you have been holding off on making the switch to an electric vehicle (EV) because you don’t have a personal wall charger at home, PRO-NET has some major news for you. Proton e.MAS is rolling out an extensive charging ecosystem specifically tailored for high-rise residents, making EV ownership more accessible and affordable than ever before.
The Deal: Charging From RM0.63/kWh

The standout highlight of this initiative is the exclusive rate for Proton e.MAS owners. Until 31 December 2026, you can enjoy residential charging rates starting from as low as RM0.63/kWh.
When you compare this to the cost of fueling a conventional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle, owners can save over 30% in monthly energy costs. It’s a massive win for your wallet, turning the daily "commute-and-charge" cycle into a much more cost-efficient routine.
Nationwide Access: 1,500+ Charging Points

This isn't just a pilot project in a few buildings. The Proton e.MAS charging network now spans over 1,500 charging points across more than 500 participating condominiums and high-rise residences nationwide.
Coverage is spread across:
- Klang Valley
- Penang
- Johor
- Sabah, Sarawak, and other major cities

Here is how you do it:
- Open the App: Access the "Charging Map" function in the Proton e.MAS App.

- Pre-authorise: Complete the pre-authorisation process directly in the app.
