Based on the existing Yaris, the GR-fied and rally-bred two-door hot hatch (B-segment) underpins two drivetrain options (transmission: manual, automatic).

Fully imported (CBU – Japan), available via UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT – GR Garage – authorised dealer) are two variants (GR Yaris 1.6 M/T, GR Yaris 1.6 A/T).

Priced (OTR, w/o insurance) at MYR 315,600 and MYR 325,600 respectively, included is a standard vehicle warranty (five years, unlimited mileage).

Four (single-tone) exterior colours (Platinum White Pearl Mica, Emotional Red II, Precious Metal, Precious Black). One (single-tone) interior colour (Black).

The new GR Yaris gets a GR-cockpit (driver-first), featuring a tiered and tilted dashboard (15-degree) linked to a low-rising centre console (raised-shifter – 75 MM).

Hard-touched, it sees a single-tone (Black) colour scheme with contrast trims/stitching (GR Gun Metallic – dash, centre console/Red – steering wheel, centre console).
