Continental GT Mulliner W12: Mulliner’s Finest Artistry For The Most Lavishly Designed Bentley
![]()
Designed with an unprecedented attention to detail, Bentley’s most luxurious two-door grand tourer thus far, the Continental GT Mulliner W12.
Presented as both a coupe and a convertible, it blends the comfort of the recently-announced Bentley Azure, and the magic touch and artistic flair of Mulliner hand craftsmanship.
Gawking at it, the exterior can be seen with a suite of exclusive design features that separates the Continental GT Mulliner W12 from the rest of the family.
Defining the new Mulliner signature style, the front end dominantly adorns the new ‘Double Diamond’ matrix grille.
It is then accentuated by matching front fender vents echoing the same silver and black design and with Mulliner branding.

These features are available either with a bright chrome or with the more contemporary gloss black appeal of Mulliner Blackline Specification.
Other Mulliner stylings included mirror caps in either satin silver or black with Mulliner welcome lamps beneath and illuminated outer door sills with Mulliner text.
Perfecting the outlook are the Mulliner-unique multi-spoke 22-inch wheels. Finished in all-black, they feature self-leveling badges that ensure the Bentley ‘B’ remains vertical at all times.
Basking in the interior, the Continental GT Mulliner W12’s cabin is one defined by luxury, and showcases a level of choice and customization that only Mulliner can provide.
A unique color split is exclusive to the car, with a new combination of primary and secondary hide joined by a third color through a harmonious design line.

Outstandingly, eight different three-color combinations are proposed by Mulliner, using Bentley’s palette of hides and threads to create striking yet elegant contrast throughout the cabin.
Fitted as standard, the Mulliner Driving Specification applies the ‘Diamond in Diamond’ quilting complete with contrasting stitching, to the seats, doors trims and rear quarter panels.
Notably, it takes almost 400,000 stitches to deliver this quilting across the cabin, with each diamond containing exactly 712 individual stitches.
Each one precisely aligned to point to the center of the diamond it creates, and developing the embroidery process to deliver this finish alone took 18 months.
What’s more, the seats themselves are finished with embroidered Mulliner logos and the floor mats are edged with micro-piping to heighten the rest of the interior’s color theme.

As for the headliner, it is trimmed along its full length with indented hide, or smooth hide to match the seat backs if the fixed glass roof is selected.
Elsewhere, the center console is dressed in a unique diamond milled technical finish that uses precision machining.
This method forms a perfect pattern of facets, which are flanked on both sides by Grand Black walnut veneer with chrome overlays.
Though, inspiring further personalization is the choice of 88 Piano wood veneers. Beautifully, it flows into the doors, where it is completed by a discreet Bentley ‘B’ motif.
Then, a unique Breitling clock sits in the center of the console, while the passenger side fascia is finished with a silhouette of the car’s exterior profile and the Mulliner logo.

For the driver, the brushed-metal finish of the Breitling clock also features digitally, with a unique design to the main gauges of the LED instrument cluster.
The Breitling’s mimicked design and the application of digital textures makes the virtual dials look like real metal.
Last but not least, chrome Bentley ‘B’ retention caps further exemplify the fine details of the Continental GT Mulliner W12’s craftsmanship.
Ultimately, being a Mulliner product, clients are free to choose their own set of colors or specify the cabin colors and materials from the full suite of Bentley hide colors, veneers and stitching.
That said, the Continental GT Mulliner W12 truly is the pinnacle example of Bentley’s luxurious craftsmanship and everything it knows about making the best grand tourers in the world.
