- Mercedes-Benz Malaysia And Maybank Launches Special Steel Credit Card
Besides launching the new GLC300 4Matic AMG Line, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) also seized the opportunity to introduce a first-of-its-kind metal co-branded credit card. Launched by Mercedes-Benz Financial in collaboration with Maybank, it harness the Visa payment network and offers a number of exclusive perks.
For starters, cardholders will be able to earn accelerated points on certain purchases made at any Mercedes-Benz Autohaus nationwide. Cardholders will also receive a 10% discount* on Mercedes-Benz parts, official merchandise and accessories, as well as 10 TreatsPoints for every RM1 spent per visit.
This exclusive credit card also provides an 8% discount on Mercedes-Benz extended limited warranty programmes and a 20% discount on Mobility Plus, a Mercedes-Benz car replacement programme.
Besides that, cardholders also receive 3% cash back on petrol purchases (capped at RM50 per month), free Accor Plus Explorer membership, up to 40% discounts in premium dining venues at Marriott Bonvoy Hotels in Malaysia, and free green fees at 100 golf courses worldwide.
Successful Mercedes-Benz credit card applicants will receive a two-year annual fee waiver, with subsequent year annual fees waived with an annual card spending of RM80,000. All applicants with a minimum annual income of RM100,000 are eligible to apply at any dealership nationwide.
