- JPJ Services Offline From 10 PM Friday to 6 AM Saturday
The JPJ online services will be offline from Friday 10 PM to Saturday 6 AM for scheduled system maintenance.
All online services from the Road Transport Department (JPJ) will be offline starting tonight (Friday, July 4) at 10 PM until Saturday (July 5) at 6 AM. Announced via its official Facebook page, this planned downtime is for the maintenance of its MySikap and JPJ portal services.
During this period, the department will close access to all of its online services, such as the MySikap portal (public and partners), integration between agencies and partners, the Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) portal, the Road Charge (RC) portal and payment via e-wallet, the MyJPJ mobile app, the JPJeBID portal and app, as well as all JPJ kiosks nationwide.
According to the department, this system maintenance is integral in ensuring that the MySikap system will function at an optimum level without affecting its daily operations in the future.
