- Launched: Chery Tiggo Cross – 2 Variants, From RM88,800 Onwards
The new Chery Tiggo Cross B-SUV officially launched earlier tonight by Chery Malaysia.

First previewed to local press in China as the Chery Tiggo 4 HEV before undergoing a name change ahead of its local public previews at MAS 2025 and special pre-launch tour last month, the Chery Tiggo Cross has officially launched earlier tonight.
We’ve detailed the Chery Tiggo Cross at length prior, and it includes a pre-launch test-drive that you can read up on by clicking here. You can also refer to the official spec sheet featured at the end of this post.
With that in mind, we’ll dive straight into the most important new details announced tonight – price and after-sale packages.
Official prices plus after-sales and special early bird deal for the new Chery Tiggo Cross revealed earlier tonight by Chery Malaysia.

As noted, two variants of the Chinese automaker’s newest metal are on offer for buyers in the fiercely contested local B-SUVs marketspace – 1.5 Hybrid CSH (Chery Super Hybrid) and 1.5 Turbo. Notably, both are also locally built (CKD) at Inokom in Kulim, Kedah.
That last fact perhaps stood as the key element behind the highly attractive prices announced earlier tonight by Chery Malaysia – RM88,800 for the 1.5 Turbo and at RM99,800 for the electrified 1.5 Hybrid CSH flavour.
Essentially, the marque has kept its promise for sub-RM100,000 pricing for this model.

As noted prior, the Chery Tiggo Cross sees two variants readied - 1.5 Turbo (left) and 1.5 Hybrid CSH (right).

Moving to warranties and suffice to say it, these also appear reassuring to say the least. Starting with the base Tiggo Cross 1.5 Turbo variant, it gets a 7-year or 150,000 KM warranty coverage included in its asking price.
As for the Tiggo Cross 1.5 Hybrid CSH, it firstly gets a 7-year or 150,000 KM base vehicle warranty, followed secondly by a separate 8-year or 160,000 KM warranty for its hybrid battery pack, e-motor and hybrid control unit.

Additionally, both also see their prices include a novel 7-year ‘unlimited’ free towing service on top of their respective base vehicle and hybrid powertrain warranties noted. Of course, that’s not all…
Typical of the brand, which reportedly stood as China’s largest auto exporter, there’s a special reward for eager early buyers to capitalise on. For this, Chery Malaysia will reward the first 2,000 bookings placed by Sept 30 with a 2-year, all-inclusive free service package.
Notably, the first 2,000 bookings placed before Sept 30 will benefit with a 2-year free service package.

With everything we’ve provided thus far, what do you folks reckon then? Are you tempted by the new Chery Tiggo Cross in either 1.5 Turbo or 1.5 Hybrid CSH variants detailed?
