2022 Geely Emgrand Plays a Price starting RM60k to RM70k

Recently, the fourth-generation sedan has entered the Philippine market with its Geely Emgrand. Available in two variants; Comfort and Premium, the 2022 Geely Emgrand staging its price from PHP798,000 (RM65,145) to PHP908,000 (RM74,124).

Riding on 17-inch wheels, Emgrand is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.5-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine that makes 101hp at 5,600 rpm and 142 Nm from 4,000 rpm to 4,800 rpm alongside CVT transmission, which comes as standard.

At the front fascia, Emgrand is equipped with projector LED headlights and LED daytime running lights. Adorned with bold headlights, the whole Emgrand has a modern and decent look for its segment.

Inside the cabin, an 8-inch infotainment system is included, and a 12.3-inch display for the instrument panel is specifically made for the Premium variant. Meanwhile, Comfort variants offer a 3,5-inch MID analogue cluster.

2022 Geely Emgrand consists of six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction and stability control, hill start assist, rear parking sensors, cruise control, and a reverse camera.

Like other infamous sedans in the country, the B-segment Emgrand will be compared to Proton Persona, Toyota Vios, Honda City, or even Nissan Almera. Manufactured in China, this model offers five different hues - Proud Teal, Dark Blue, Gold, Grey, and Red.
