Baojun Kiwi EV Revamped Edition, Top Range Variant Apprx. around RM 66k?
SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) unveils the facelifted Baojun KiWi EV, a result from its collaboration with DJI Automotive.
Baojun KiWi EV comes in three hues comprises of Mocha, Twilight, and Matcha.

Looking at the bodywork, the new model displays an admirable design apart and spotted a replaced logo at frontal area has been switched to ‘KiWi’ from ‘BAOJUN’ wording.

A shape of space capsule integrated at the top area highlights a unique touch that merges with several features including high-tech cameras designed by DJI Automotive and sensors. As incorporated, the sensors installed below license plate, mirror, two on the front screen, and another two on the rear screen.

Under the hood, the cubic EV consists of 31.9kWh battery pack and a rear motor with a maximum power of 40kW and a peak torque of 150Nm. In total, it takes within an hour to charge the battery from 30 percent to 80 percent.
The 3-door hatchback is also equipped with four-leaf clover-style rim design and maximum NEDC cruising range rated at 305km.

Infotainment wise, Baojun has dual 10.25-inch screen display blends with Lil KiWi – a digital spokesperson/voice interaction along with navigation assistance. The seats also covered mostly with suede elements giving the premium ambience.

On top of that, the latest version of Baojun KiWi EV equipped with DJI’s Autonomous Driving Domain Controller and level 2+ driving assistance capabilities, including Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), hydraulic brake assist (HBA), and dual front air bags, Lane Change and Lane-Keeping Assist.
First launched in August 2021, Baojun KiWi EV carries a price range between RM 51,293.03 – RM 57,226.67 (77,800-86,800 RMB).
The new price has yet to be announce but top range version of the vehicle approximately around RM 659,29.34 (100,000 RMB) and pre sales predicted to begin on July 28.
