Trumpchi M8 MPV; The New King Of Chinese Grille Bling
Check out this mad machine with grille that takes light out of day!
This mad MPV is the new Trumpchi M8, a large seven-seat MPV for the Chinese car market. The M8 is the new king of Chinese grille bling, we must say. The Trumpchi M8 is available in two variations: a hybrid (seen in the first image) and a gasoline model.
The M8 (previously known as the GM8) was introduced in 2017 and is presently available for between 176.800 yuan and 259.800 yuan (26.260 - 38.580 USD) in pricing. A 2.0 turbo engine with 201 horsepower and 320 Nm is the only option. An automatic transmission with six speeds is connected to the engine.
The rear design is nonetheless stunning with a car-wide light bar and light units that almost reach the bumper, even though it is not as outrageous as the front.
This is the petrol version. A work of art, the headlights have several lenses that extend deep into the bumper. The alloy wheels offer a somewhat vintage appearance.
Power: The new 2.0 turbo in the petrol variant has 251 horsepower and 380 Nm. With an electric motor and a 2.0 turbo, the hybrid has 190 horsepower. Trumpchi hasn't yet released the electric motor's horsepower, but the combined output is anticipated to be close to 250 hp. CVT or 8-speed automatic gearboxes.
Dimensions: 5193/1893/1823 with a wheelbase of 3070. The hybrid weights a substantial 2245 kilogrammes, while the gasoline version weighs 2060 kilogrammes.
The Trumpchi M8 will likely have its public debut on the Guangzhou Auto Show this fall.
